Procedure to Start a Manufacturing Unit in Maharashtra

As long as your land falls in the Industrial or Agricultural Zone and you make sure that:
1) No High Tension Line goes through your land or within 15 meters of your land
2) No railway line goes through or within 15 meters of your land
3) No irrigation dues are pending to be paid on that land.

You can do NA under section 44A of the Land Revenue Code.

For that, all you need is a Zone Certificate. (here's how to get the Zone Certificate)

And then fill up the form for 44A and submit to Collector, Tehshildar and Talathi.

That's it.
